Deep structural transformations in the Ukrainian industrial and technological landscape, caused by aggressive violent
deindustrialization as a result of the war, will not only change the nature and way of implementing the existing factors of production, but also actualize the accelerated integration of Ukrainian enterprises into global value chains and the
expansion of trade relations in the context of technological and digital rivalry. The demarcation lines of industries are blurred
as a result of global processes of vertical disintegration and industrial reorganization. A new symbiotic, complementary and
mutually beneficial relationship is established between production and services. Technological changes, robotization and
digitalization constantly lead to the mutation of traditional sectors both at the level of organizational models and at the level of government policy, which should respond in a timely manner to the features of the new international division of labor.
There is a phenomenon of concuperation, when the creation of a common value in the process of cooperation does not exclude the presence of firms in competitive relations. |
