В статті пропонується авторський підхід до аналізу міжкраїнової взаємодії в площині
множинних координат, де акторами формування нео-залежності стають рейтингові агентства, ТНК, офшорні центри, міжнародні організації, регіональні торговельні угоди й сама по собі економічна й політична інтеграції. Аналізується спосіб, в який вони унеможливлюють продукування власне національної економічної політики, адже тиск від діяльності окремих з акторів часом перекроює під лекала глобального ринку потреби внутрішньодержавні. The paper analyzes the problem of economic interdependence in the context of globalization. Globalization entails a new reality when countries fail to pose themselves on the economic arena, being forced to obey to already established rules of the game, set up by leading countries and coordinated by international economic organizations and institutions. Apart from offering them slogans of the optimized use of domestic resources with
reliance on their competitive advantages and available capabilities and reassuring them in the inevitable transition to a
higher phase of economic development, globalization raises the problem of protecting economic sovereignty and
national interests in parallel with dissolving the local in the global. |
