Стаття присвячена актуальному питанню перспектив формування полюсів зростання в Україні. Досліджені ключові аспекти теорії «полюсів росту», розроблено схему полюсів розвитку та мультиплікайних ефектів, які вони створюють, ідентифіковано питання природних та індукованих центрів росту.
Проаналізовані дослідження українських науковців щодо перспектив формування
полюсів росту в Україні. Ідентифіковані шляхи та проблеми практичного
застосування теорії для української економіки. Запропоновані шляхи формування
полюсів зростання в Україні, зокрема авторська пріоритезація локомотивних галузей економіки України за сучасних умов та можливі механізми їх локалізації у вигляді точок зростання. Подальші дослідження у цьому напрямі передбачають вивчення зарубіжного досвіду формування полюсів зростання та шляхи його імплементації для розробки дієвих інструментів створення і підтримки функціонування полюсів розвитку української економіки.
The article is devoted to the actual issue of the prospects of growth poles formation in Ukraine. Key aspects of the "growth poles" theory are examined, the scheme of
development poles and multiplier effects that they produce is developed, issues of natural and induced growth centers are identified in the article. The article analyzes the researches of Ukrainian scientists on the perspectives of growth poles formation in Ukraine. The author defines the ways and problems of practical application of the theory to the
Ukrainian economy. The ways of growth poles formation in Ukraine, including the author's prioritization of locomotive sectors of Ukraine's economy under current conditions and possible mechanisms of their localization as growth points, are proposed. The prospect of further research in this field is in the study of foreign experience of growth poles formation and its implementation for the development of effective tools for creation of and
maintainig growth poles of the Ukrainian economy. |
