| Опис: | Досліджено глобальний характер процесу транснаціоналізації світової економіки. Розглянуто діалектичну взаємозалежність
ТНК і держав. Проведено компаративний аналіз динаміки ВВП окремих країн та показників капіталізації ТНК. Multinational corporations turned today into a dominating factor of development of the world economy and the international economic relations, which value in international trade, production, finance and all other spheres continuously increases. The multinational corporation is economically much stronger, than the majority of the countries accepting them. They quite often try to use the power for putting pressure upon the local governments, forcing them to minimize the tax obligations or achieving receiving special privileges in the financial sphere, infrastructure, protection of the market. So we insist? That at the present stage national economic interests can
become one of forms of realization of global interest, and in these conditions the state structures play a role of the subjects forming and realizing national economic interest. We prove, that realization of private interest of the state structure assumes as well realization of national interest. Thus
interests of the participant of this structure can conflict with national interest. However, realization of interest of structure in most cases leads to
realization of nation-wide interest. Having appeared out of control of the national governments and without meeting from their party of due counteraction, the international capital forms preconditions of loss of a traditional leverage of the state on public processes. Relying on economic power of multinational corporations and the international financial capital, these organizations start dictating the conditions of cooperation to the states. The real power of the national governments is significantly limited, but the international financial institutions’ power grows, state regulation of economy is within the country reduced, and regulation at the level of the world economy in interests of the large capital extends. In article we investigate the global nature of process of transnationalization of world economy. The dialectic interdependence arising in
the relations of multinational corporation and the states is considered. The article analyses the problem of economic power’ concentrations within TNCs. |
